What do you do at Shearwater Health?
I direct all administrative functions including but not limited to, benefits administration, real estate/office space management, project management, and vendor procurement/relationship management. I also support the CEO and President.
What makes you passionate about your work at Shearwater Health?
I love taking care of people, and I know every day that I come into work I have the opportunity to improve someone’s day, month, year, or life! It’s exciting to be part of an organization that impacts so many people’s lives.
What has been your favorite memory while working at Shearwater Health?
We recently had a group of employees get together to help build a house for Habitat for Humanity. I really enjoyed getting to work outside of the office with my colleagues for a great cause! Also, on a more personal note, I was so touched when I did a mini-fund raiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and so many of my co-workers contributed! They helped me double my fundraising goal! It was truly amazing!
