What do you do at Shearwater Health?
I conduct nurse interviews to ensure we are providing our hospital clients with nurses who have the right experience and background to successfully transition to providing patient care in the U.S. I manage the Shearwater nurses once they are stateside and assist both the nurse and hospital client with any needs that arise. Ultimately, I ensure that the Shearwater nurses have all of the clinical tools they need and are clinically competent.
